Hills zoning announcement meetings mid 2012 - sound and pictures

These meetings were held around the time of the second wave of Port Hills zoning announcements in mid 2012. The speakers are from Cera, The Christchurch City Council and the geotechnical companies who conducted the assessements of the land damage.

These files are big - around 100-200MB.

17 Jan Update - The Bridge2Rocks Timebank is currently running as a trial system, with a limited number of users. This will help us establish a timebank for the area from the Ferrymead Bridge to Taylor's Mistake. Our intention is to open up membership once we have secured funding for a dedicated tmebank coordinator.  Can you help with funding to get timebank off the ground in Sumner?

Ferrymead Bridge update

30 Dec Update - The contract for the construction of a new Ferrymead Bridge has been awarded to HEB Construction Limited.  Diversion late Jan 2013, demolition of the existing bridge early Feb 2013, completion of the project is likely to be by mid 2015.  Read more
